This Privacy Policy explains how Idan Azulay ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, buy the AI Workforce Blueprint course, or join our community, live calls or membership (together, the "Program"). 3. How we use your information

4. Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and Google Analytics and advertising features, to understand how visitors use the site, measure ad performance and show relevant ads, including remarketing ads on other websites and apps. These services may receive information such as pages visited, actions taken (for example, a purchase) and hashed contact details.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad preferences through Google Ad Settings, your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, or the opt-out tools at aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

6. Community and public areas

Anything you post in the members community or say on a live call can be seen by other members, and calls may be recorded. Please do not share sensitive personal information or your customers' data there.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Program, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Then we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States, Israel and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law.

U.S. state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws): you may exercise the rights your state provides by emailing xpertdigital3@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out using the tools in section 4 or by contacting us.

EEA and UK residents: we process your information based on contract (to deliver the Program), consent (for certain marketing and cookies), and our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We will respond to verified requests within the time the law requires.
